I’ve not been very diligent with making a new recipe every week like I had planned, but this week I did bust out my current favourite recipe resource: Ultimate Family Dinners by Canadian Living.
The first recipe in the book is for Orange Glazed Pork Chops. Anyone who knows me knows pork is at least 6 of my favourite meats, so when I saw this recipe I thought the sweetness of the orange glaze would appeal to my kids. The recipe was easy and I already owned everything it called for, which never happens to me.
My Review: Super easy to make, nothing weird to buy, and comes together quickly. Definitely added to the regular rotation.
Family Reviews: Everyone really enjoyed it. It’s been the best pork chop recipe for the kids so far because the OJ glaze keeps the chops moist.
We’ll have this again very soon! Eat well!
